Service Description. This Site describes Chimney Repair, Brick Repair, Stone Repair, Brick Installation, Stone Installation, Tuckpointing provided by JKZ Masonry. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. JKZ Masonry (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. JKZ Masonry may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. JKZ Masonry makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. JKZ Masonry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
