Masonry Done Right

We started JKZ Masonry to bring honest, careful stonework to homeowners and property owners in Antioch, IL. While our company has been in business for three years, the hands doing the work carry thirty years of experience in the trade. That combination keeps us grounded as a locally owned and operated crew while giving every project the steady judgment that only comes from decades on the scaffold.

Our work covers the full range of what brick and stone can do for a property. We handle chimney repair and fireplace rebuilds, along with brick repair, stone repair, and the kind of restoration that brings an aging wall back to life. When a homeowner wants something new, we take on brick installation and stone installation for patios, walkways, and custom features, plus tuckpointing to tighten up mortar joints that have worn down over the years. We also pour and set block when a foundation or retaining wall calls for it.

We believe good masonry is measured in decades, not seasons, so we take our time on the details that most people never see. Mortar mixed to match, joints struck clean, and stone laid so water runs where it should instead of into your home. Our certified professionals treat every job like it sits on their own street, because around here it often does. You can look through our project gallery to see recent work and get a feel for the finish we stand behind.

Every project starts with a free estimate and an honest conversation about what your masonry actually needs, not what runs up the bill. Whether it is a chimney that smokes, a patio you have been picturing for years, or brickwork that needs a careful hand, we would be glad to take a look. Reach out anytime, and we will set up a time to come see the work in person.
